Gabatarwa:A cikin yanayin jiyya na jiki, mahimmancin inganta motsi ba za a iya wuce gona da iri ba. Tafiya zuwa farfadowa yakan ƙunshi ƙananan matakai, a zahiri. Ɗaya daga cikin irin wannan mataki, ko kuma a maimakon haka, tafiya mai dadi, yana yiwuwa ta hanyar rawar da ba ta da kyau amma mai tasirisilifa masu laushi.
